Finance,
automated.
Your finance consultant, without the full-time hire.
I've worked with startups from $1M to $100M in revenue.
Bilingual · US + LATAM · Finance × Code
in revenue at the multi-brand e-commerce group where I manage finance today
in trapped cash released from payment-processor reserves
in term loans secured for a fast-growing US company
01 · Services
Four ways I can help.
Finance stack setup
QuickBooks setup and cleanup, chart of accounts, opening balances, A2X, Ramp and Bill.com, and a month-end close that runs on time.
Best for Brands whose books are behind, messy or spread across tools.
→ Books you can trust, closed on time.
Payments & cash control
Processor reserves, payout reconciliation, multi-entity cash position and sales tax, so you always know where the money is.
Best for E-commerce teams running several processors, stores or entities.
→ Cash you can see, every day.
Automation & in-house tools
I connect your systems through their APIs and build the dashboards, pipelines and AI agents your team is doing by hand.
Best for Finance teams losing hours to copy-paste and spreadsheets.
→ No more manual data entry.
Fractional finance lead
A few hours a week as your finance lead: close, reporting, cash forecasts, models and the numbers behind your next decision.
Best for Companies from $1M to $20M without a full-time CFO.
→ Decisions on live numbers.

04 · About
I'm a finance operator who writes code.
I'm an industrial engineer turned finance lead. I've spent my career inside small, fast-growing US companies, where finance has to be built while the business is already moving. I set up the books, connect the systems and, when the tool I need doesn't exist, I write it. I also co-founded a startup, so I know what the numbers feel like from the founder's side of the table.

06 · FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you work with e-commerce brands?
Yes, it's where I spend most of my time: DTC and Amazon brands with several payment processors, stores and legal entities.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. I work in English and Spanish with companies in the US and Latin America, fully remote.
Do I need to switch my accounting software?
No. I work with the stack you already have and connect it instead of replacing it.
How does an engagement start?
With a free 15-minute call. If there's a fit, I review your setup and send you a written proposal with scope and fee.
Who owns the tools you build?
You do. The code, dashboards and documentation are yours.
